Ontario public tenders

One missed requirement can sink the whole bid.

AnchorBid reads the entire tender package and returns every mandatory compliance requirement — bonding, insurance, WSIB, forms, site meetings — each one cited to its source page. Nothing drifts. Nothing slips through.

The problem

The disqualification isn't in your price. It's on page 340 of the supplementary conditions.

Public tender packages run to hundreds of pages across a dozen documents — instructions to bidders, supplementary conditions, spec divisions, and addenda that keep landing in the final week. The mandatory requirements are scattered through all of it, in language that's easy to skim past.

Your team catches them with checklists, experience, and a lot of late nights. Most of the time that holds. The one time it doesn't, the bid is thrown out before the price is even opened.

In Canada, compliance is binary.
Under the Contract A framework, a public owner generally cannot accept a non-compliant bid without exposing itself to the other bidders. A missed acknowledgment or an unsigned form isn't a judgment call — it's an automatic rejection.
How it works

Drop in the package. Get a checklist that holds.

STEP 01
Drop in the tender
Upload the full package — every PDF, including scanned municipal documents and every addendum. AnchorBid sorts and reads all of it.
STEP 02
Every requirement, anchored
Each mandatory item is pulled out, categorized, and checked back against its source text. If it can't be traced to a page, it doesn't make the list — so nothing is invented.
STEP 03
Review, confirm, export
Work through a clean compliance matrix with a click-through to every source page. Confirm each item and export to Excel for your bid file.
Who it's for
